My new SIM has been damaged - what to do now?

Hi dear my Name is Asma. My new number is 0892499925 I just Registered now and paid €25.99 but my two years old put in her mouth break in piece. I don’t know what to do?

If your SIM is damaged and doesn't work then you'll need to order a replacement SIM:

When you get this and activate it it will be linked to your existing phone number, account, membership etc.

By the way, it's not a good idea to post personal details such as your name and phone number in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use such details.
