Hi. Whilst attempting to move my number to 48 I tried to enter the account details from my previous supplier. I seemed to have entered the wrong number. How do I reenter the number as my move to 48 has been blocked

Which wrong number?
Wrong account number or wrong phone number?
Did you receive the porting security code text message to complete the porting process?
Did you get any error messages?
What happens if you just try to port your number again this time with the correct information?
What do you mean by "my move to 48 has been blocked"?
How is this manifesting itself?
If you can't proceed then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
