I'm new to this sim , idk if my old number got ported, or is it only done when I buy a plan ?
I tried buying a plan , but it fails after I enter the payment credentials.
Help me out.!!!

Your current number is displayed on your My48 account:
If it's not your usual number but a new 089 number then you probably want to port your usual number over:
What error message do you get when you try to buy a plan?
If it's something like "bundle in progress" then that's a common problem for some new users for some reason (never explained or fixed by 48!) so you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
