Membership Renewal Problem

I have just renewed my memership because my data ran out. My renewal was not due until 23/2/21.  Even though I have renewed Im still showing I have no internet left. Anyone any ideas?

Your new membership will not start until the current one expires on 23/2.

So you won't have access to the new membership or its allowances until then.
If you've used up your data allowance on your current membership and need more then you'll need to buy a data add-on.
Go to your My48 account online, then Flexi-data and then Add-ons.
