I presume that you're referring to this offer - €3 discount on the €12.99 plan for 6 months? 

Are you sure that you meet all of the criteria to qualify for that offer? 

E.g. is the auto-renewal option enabled on your account as required in order to avail of the promotional offer?

If you think that you qualify for this offer but didn't benefit from it then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance.
