Made a mistake when porting number - how to contact support?

Hi, I recently switched my sim card to 48.ie and i want to keep my old number. Just checking what needs to be done to keep my existing number.
I put in the wrong account number for my old network is there a way of contacting 48.ie to correct this? for them to contact my existing provider and keep the same number?
