What exactly do you mean by "after moving to 48 from my old number"?

Did you successfully activate your SIM, port your number from your old provider to 48 and buy a membership plan?

What number is displayed on your My48 account?

What services are working or not? 

Can you make/receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
