Keep old phone number

Hello, yesterday I switched to your 48 starter pack. During the registration I selected the option to keep my old phone number from Eir However, it seems that my old number was not transferred and I was given a new number instead. Could you please check why this happened and help me keep my old number? Thank you.

Did you receive the number porting security code by text message to your phone with your Eir SIM installed and working? 

Did you get any other error messages by text or email about the number porting process?

If your number didn't port over then maybe just try again by following the instructions here?

Make sure to enter the correct number and account details and have your Eir SIM installed in your phone and working in order to receive the porting security code by text message.
