Hi l moved network with 48 yesterday but l can’t call or text anyone

Did you successfully activate your SIM?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Can you receive calls/texts?

What happens when you try to make a call or send a text?

Any error messages?

Did you buy a membership plan which is necessary in order to use outgoing services and mobile data?
