Joined 48 but number not ported & mobile data not working

Hi , I joined 48 a couple of days ago butu number hasn't been transferred yet and my mobile data not working could you advise

Maybe try porting your number again? 

If you get any errors or it still doesn't work then you may need to contact 48 support for further assistance.

For mobile data to work you need to configure your APN settings.

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:

You'll need to explain your issue or question more clearly.
