Joined 48 but account not activated & no coverage

I have recently joined 48 network but my account has not activated can you give me some advice please

You should read the New to 48 FAQs as they cover most or all of the issues relevant to joining 48.

If you still have problems then you'll need to be more specific about what the issue is. 

E.g. what exactly do you mean by "my account has not activated"?

What steps have you taken so far? 

E.g. activated SIM, ported number, logged into your My48 account, bought a membership plan? 

What exactly is it isn't working? 

E.g. is your phone unlocked for use on any network, are there any error messages on the phone when the 48 SIM is installed, do you have a connection to the 48 network/signal bars, are any services such as calls/texts/mobile data working, etc.?
