Issue with number porting request

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance
regarding an issue I am experiencing with the porting of my old
Vodafone number to 48.

I recently submitted a request to port my old Vodafone number to 48.
However, I noticed that my number has been changed
. Now, when I attempt to report this new number,
I receive a message stating that this number already exists in your
system.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as I would
like to retain my old number with 48. If any further information or
documentation is needed from my side, please do not hesitate to let me
know.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your
prompt response.

sent an email to community and have done the exact same steps but still number is not the same as older one its changed
