Internet not working

I have payed my membership but I still have no service of internet so I can’t use it out of my home

You'll need to provide a bit more info if you want assistance from the Community Forum. 

Are calls and texts working ok? 

Did mobile data ever work for you? 

If not then you probably need to configure your APN settings.
