Hi there, I added extra minutes to my subscription but I still can’t make international calls, can someone help?

You need cash credit on your account to pay for international calls.

The relevant charges are listed here.

Call minutes add-ons are only for national landline and mobile calls, not international calls.

If you are calling a Northern Ireland landline then if you use the 048 prefix instead of the 00 44 prefix the call will be covered by your membership or add-on national landline/mobile call minutes and not charged to cash credit on your account.
