What exactly do you mean? 

If you want to port a number over from another mobile provider then see here:

If you want a new/different 089 number from 48 than the one already on your account: 

• https://48.ie/my48/settings/my-details

then I'm not sure if that's possible but you'd have to contact 48 support to ask them about that.
