Does 48 support roaming in India?

Hi..I am from Dublin. I am planning to port to 48. But want to understand if 48 provides roaming services in India.

48 don't support any roaming services in India. 

Just in the regions/countries listed here: 

You can make international calls and sends texts to India when in Ireland if you have an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for the calls/texts.
