If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you'll need to explain your issue more clearly and in more detail.

What exactly do you mean by "I can't open the apps"?

What apps are you referring to? 

What happens when you try to open them? 

Any error messages? 

What are the symptoms of the problem?

In order to log into your My48 account you now need to be able to receive a two factor authentication One Time Password code to your registered email address.
