You mean that you want to move from another mobile provider to 48?

Your don't port your SIM, you port your number if applicable. 

Your should read the New to 48 FAQs which should explain what you need to do to get set up on 48 and port your number over. 

Basically you need to...

  • Order a 48 SIM 
  • Activate it
  • Port your number over
  • Buy a monthly membership plan
