How to donate data? How to roll data over to next month?

I recently purchased 7.99 subscription membership.

I've had trouble donating to Food Cloud, and also figuring out how to ensure my data rolls over to next month per the following:

You log into your My48 account and then click on the Flexi Data link at the bottom of the page.

What difficulty are you having in doing that?
