Error when trying to verify number while porting it

Hello, I'm receiving a verification code to transfer my phone number and there's an error "There is an error in processing your request, Please try after some time" What can I do, I'm doing it already 1 hour and no changes.

The best option available is to directly message 48 via web-chat. I had requested to port my number and it took two days of no updates before directly contacting them and the issue being resolved within hours.
