Email address is coming through not Verified - any advice please?

I keep getting this error when trying to validate my email address

Sorry, your email account could not be validated

Does anyone know why this is happening or what I can do to get it to work?

Better log a ticket with a 48 Agent... include all the details you can as this will speed the process up!
