Hello,

I have just recharged my 48 SIM account with €12.99, however the transaction was processed twice and I was charged two times for the same recharge.

I kindly ask that you please cancel the second transaction and reverse the extra €12.99 back to my account.

Please let me know if you need any additional details from me to process this request.

Was this your first plan purchase?

If so then you will have been charged €12.99 for the one-time activation fee plus €12.99 for the plan itself. 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?

If you still think that you're due a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support about that as nobody here on the Community Forum can do anything about it.
