I have referred my friend Hari V M to 48 and he have recharged for 25.99 euro but still i didnt receive my reward still its showing on pending on my reward section,Please help me.

You'll need to contact 48 support for assistance with this. 

They don't generally monitor it more respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
