What exactly do you mean by "Clos internet package", "dis activate internet package" and "this is the last mont"?
What exactly are you trying to do?
If you don't want to use mobile data then just disable or delete your 48 APN.
If you want to do something else then you'll need to clarify what it is that you want to do.
