Charged over €50 and couldn’t set up my phone plan

Hello,
I would like to ask to return my payments/ credits back to my account as I am not happy with the service.
Please be advised that I have been charge over €50 and I couldn’t set up my phone plan.
I appreciate the assistance on the matter.

What do you mean by "I have been charge over €50 and I couldn’t set up my phone plan"?

What exactly is the issue with getting set up? 

When did you last have a membership plan and when were services working ok for you?

What exactly is the €50+ charge related to?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments? 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiry date? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plan?
