I am changing over but keeping my number but I have my account details now can you help me set up

Your post is unclear. 

Are you trying to port your number from another provider to 48?

Or from 48 to another provider?

If the former then see the porting instructions here: 

If the latter then you'll need to check with the other provider regarding their porting process.

What do you mean by "I have my account details"?

What exactly is the question or problem here?

Duplicate threads merged. 

There's no need to create multiple threads about the same issue. 

Especially when I already replied to your original one. 

You still haven't clarified if you're trying to port your number to 48 or from 48.

Whichever direction you're going in if it's saying that the account number is wrong then that's obviously your problem. 

You're either using the wrong account number or it's actually something like registered prepay without an account number. 

You'll need to contact the provider from which you're trying to move the number.

If it's another provider then you'll need to contact their customer support.
