tried this on the website but they didn't listen. I have problems with Receiving SMS Besides 48 directly. Uber and Amazon verification codes didn't work and My dad tried to text me through SMS but that didn't work either, I used online support but they didn't understand the problem and blamed the third party apps or service provider which I know is Not the case because that's way too coincidental. I've just joined the network today and it's really annoying

Can you receive any texts at all?
If not then check that your phone's SMSC number is configured correctly.
If you can receive some texts but not others then you'll probably have to persist with 48 support.

BTW if you just joined 48 did you port your old number over?
If so then is the correct number listed on your account?
If not and if it's actually showing a new 089 number then you'll probably need to try porting your number again.
