unable to order sim - says I am not based in Ireland.
- My IP location is Dublin;
- not using VPN;
- not using AdBlocker;
- tried multiple browsers.
Just FYI re: UX - I am advised to 'contact Care team', but you cant contact care directly - you only see FAQs or can post here - awful UX. Have at least a chatbot if you advise customers to contact Customer Support team.

Does WhatIsMyIPAddress report you as being located in Dublin?
Sometimes a work or other organisational network will appear as if it's located outside of Ireland.
And sometimes geolocation databases have mistaken info.
You've tried different browsers (and devices?) but have you tried different networks?
