Have you just joined 48 or have you been a customer for a while?
When were outgoing calls last working ok?
What happens when you try to make a call? Any error messages?
Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Do you have an active membership plan and non-zero allowance balances?
