Can't buy membership plan - "bundle in progress"

Hi, just joined and trying to buy a plan and got the following error message Sorry you are not allowed to purchase memberships, since you have a bundle in progress.

This is a common problem for some reason:

It has never been explained or fixed properly by 48 for some reason. 

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with getting this fixed.
