Balance

My phone balance ran out, and when I tried to top up, it didn't show up once. I tried a second time, and the additional balance appeared, but I have two charges and here only looks like one of the two recharges

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?

Does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan? 

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?

If you think that you were charged twice, didn't get anything for one of the charges, and need a refund then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
