Hi all,
New here and having some issues. I have a couple of numbers to move over to 48. However, when I try to enter the validation code sent to my phone, I receive a bad request error.
I have tried it about a dozen times and it just isn't working.
Worryingly though, I have not been able to find out how to access the customer care team. It states there is a message button on the help me page but I see that nowhere.
I would be very grateful for some direction.

If the chat button isn't appearing for you then try another device/browser or maybe an incognito mode tab in your browser as some browser setting or extension may be preventing the chat from appearing.
