If you want to buy a plan then you should be able to do it here:
If you have a problem then you'll need to explain/describe it clearly.
E.g. what happens/goes wrong, any error messages etc.?
When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
