I was unable to access the interent with a sim card that previously worked fine. The only change was a new payment method. I was advised by support to order a new sim which I did. I received the sim and installed it and still having the same issue. I have been in touch with support and they said my new simis associated with a different account and hasn't been activated. I think they deactivated that sim because I now hav ea second phone that is no longer working.
Everytime I try to connect to support I keep gettign disconnected and I'm still unable to access data with this new sim. Is there anyway to speak with someone within 48 directly via phone or email because I'm 3 hours now trying to resolve this issue.

If the chat is unreliable for you then you might want to try using email to contact 48 support instead.
