no internet , all way missing the sign of internet.  only top up 2 days plenty data . internet are moving very slow.

Did it work ok before?

If so when did it start causing problems?

Did anything change on the phone? Software update, settings changes, factory reset etc.?

Are you APN settings configured correctly?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and data balance?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
