I have no data since yesterday afternoon. Have followed instructions re APN from the help bot, still no data. It's an android (galaxy A14)
Any ideas?

When was mobile data working ok for you last?
Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard with a non zero mobile data allowance balance?
Are incoming/outgoing calls and texts working?
Are you sure that your APN settings are configured correctly?
