What do you mean by "connect to data roaming"?
Where are you travelling and what membership do you have?

Hi there

My daughter has arrived in Budapest and says her 'phone is not working'. She has The Don package. Can she swap (straight away, don't you know!) to The Guido which supports EU roaming assuming that Hungary is in the EU?

Hungary is indeed EU so Guido will be needed if she wants to be able to use roaming calls/texts/data.
She will need to contact 48 support and ask them if they can terminate her existing Don membership prematurely so she can buy an use a Guido membership immediately.
This can't be done through the regular website, only via support.
