buying first plan is not same price as it was!

it was 9.99 as advertised and when i am buying the plan now, it says 12.99

If so then are you sure that you meet all the criteria to qualify for it? 

E.g. do you have the auto-renew option enabled on your account as required?

If you are buying a plan manually then I suspect not?
