No internet in Lanzarote

My partner has internet and i don't, even if we did the same thing, keeping mobile data on ....I reinstaled configuration message .... no luck.I don't want to spend my holiday in frustration.Please advise.

Using a OnePlus abroad

Hi guys. I'm heading to Andorra tomorrow for the weekend. I've been abroad a couple of times since free roaming was introduced and my OnePlus has never worked. Enabled it for roaming, bought Guido etc. Any ideas on how to solve it this time?

Mobile Data

Mobile data will not connect...no problem when in wifi but as soon as no wifi theres no connection...i tried the tweaker and added extra data but still no luck. I only renewed membership last night too!! What can i do??

48 abroad

Have done all what I am meant to have done, on guido, changed the network selection before I left but still not working. When I go into cellular and turn off automatic I get a list of O2 UK and 3 UK etc but when I click them it still says no service....

Topped up my GUIDO on the first of Feb but got no data allowance ,have being buying data since at 3€the go ....WHT?!
