hi how do I get my data to work?

I've never had data working in my phone Ive juat always used wifi but I always get the Don .. what could be causing this?

The Don Abroad

I'm in the UK currently and I'm on the Don membership and cannot send texts, make calls or have no data. Only just realised that it's restricted to the Guido which is rather surprising given the Don is double the price as a package.Have i any options...

imternet when abroad

I’m going abroad tomorrow and just wondering about the internet. I was in Spain a few weeks ago but my phone kept saying no service. I tried to connect with Orange and Movistar but neither would work. My internet only worked if I connected to WiFi.
