Why is the internet not working on my phone?

I've tried doing all the things suggested on this website. I've changed all the settings and configured the phone using tweaker but the internet still won't work.

OK Aisling have you data roaming and mobile data switched on, what type of phone is it

If you did and it still doesn't work then you have probably configured something incorrectly.
