What make and model of phone is it?
Does it support 4G?
Is it configured to allow 4G?
Are your APN settings configured correctly m
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to ensure that they are:
If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48 4G?
If none of this helps then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
