Why can't I unlock data that I have saved in the vault?

What happens when you try? 

Any error messages? 

Are you using the app or the website? 

Have you tried both in case it makes any difference?

Oh, I just tried the app and got this:

I tried the website and it worked fine there:

I think that this feature of the app has been broken for a while now that I think of it. 

If you search the forum you'll probably find some recent reports of the same issue. 

So, for now, just use the website instead of the app. 

To be honest, I've never found the app that useful and it often seems to be unreliable/flakey.
