I dont know what their doing..mine was working away all day up to 7.30pm, when I like a tool accepted a carrier update from them, it completely kicked me off after that. lol

Service has been restored for many users.
If it's still of for anybody then try switching off and back on to see if that fixes things.
If not then you'll have to contact 48 support.
