for some reason my GB stored in the safe won’t let me activate it anyone able to help me?

Are you using the app? 

I don't think that it's worked via the app for a long time. 

Try the website instead. 

I think it works there. 

It did the last time I tried it.

Except sharing with contacts which needs the app. 

But doesn't work anyway as far as I know. 

If it does work then your contact also needs to have the app installed and granted permissions to access their contacts.
