Can I use data in The Safe in U.S.

I have 20GB data in The Safe and am on holidays in the United States. I am trying to unlock 5GB to use over here. Does this work in The States?

I don't think so. 

Mobile data while roaming in the USA is a paid option only as far as I know.

So you need an active membership plan and cash credit on your account to pay for mobile data while roaming in the USA.

I don't think that mobile data allowances from your vault will be of any use in this context.
