If so then what happens?
Any error messages?
Does other connectivity and downloads via the hotspot work ok?
I've never seen anything about this posted before in the many years that I've been on the forum.

Yes been having this issue for a year now and its ongoing, Dont quote me on it but i believe its something to do with 48 providing a dyanamic public ip that sky have blocked on there side as it looks like heavy traffic from the public ip!

Nobody has actually explained the exact nature of the problem.
E.g....
Has anybody contacted Sky and/or 48 support to see if they can shed any light on any issues that are experienced?
