New to 48 but mobile data not working

Hi there I have taken an online sim for 48 activated my plan for some 25 euros however my data is not working properly like I can't use my Google instagram spotify an all, thanks

You probably need to configure your APN settings. 

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this: 

Note that membership isn't €25, it's €12.99 with a once off activation charge of €12.99 when you purchase your first membership plan. 

Depending on when you obtained and activated the SIM and bought your first membership plan you may qualify for your second month free, thus effectively cancelling out the activation fee:
