Why did you order it twice?
If you're absolutely sure that you entered the correct address and eircode then you'll probably need to contact 48 support to see if there's some problem here.

Another possible option is to get a new SIM from Dealz and then contact 48 support to see if they can arrange to have it activated as a replacement rather than a brand new SIM.
