Sim Router Settings

Hello, I activated a new sim today and am trying to get it working with the KuWfi 4G LTE CPE Router.Ive attached the screenshot.

Does anyone know what sections need to be filled and with what information for it to work?

48 told me their,sims are phone only they don't work in routers

They do work in 4G routers.

I've done this myself and it worked.

I put it in the router and configured the APN settings as outlined above.
